Items dissapeared

I was playing while this happened. Suddenly 4 pieces of mine main PvP set dissapeared. I see this is a problem that tends to happen with lot of people. Please give back my items since this is server side fault. They are simply missing from my inventory. Happened some weeks ago. I was spamming ingame with tickets and the respond was pretty bad. They told me that Warmane doesent refund items. Ok sure - the thing is - I DIDNT DELETE those. They simply went missing for non actual reason. Please read all of the other threads accusing the same problem. Im playing here for more than 10 years I deserve atleast a bit of support for problems that are on your side... My character is simply unplayable now due the lack of those items which are my main PvP set...

This happened in the WOTLK realm Icecrown with my character name Roshna.

Items missing are the whole PvP wrath set.

they don't return lost items unless they were purchased with coins. how they were lost doesn't matter.

You sure it wasnt an addon or macro's fault? Maybe scripting just went totally wrong or someone trolled You?

Yes Im 100% sure it wasnt addon or anything there is now way addon would delete your items...Its a thing that happened to other players.

do you use "Equipment manager" tool to switch gear?

I just bought a character for over 300 coins less than a week ago and this JUST happened to me on that character. Full wrathful set that was EQUIPPED yesterday just completely missing off my character today. All I did was log out a day ago and log back in and entered a BG and noticed I was naked... Now it says items not found in equipment manager.
