Black Market AH in WotLK

As far as i know Black market was introduced in MoP, and i play on WotLK realms, but i see some websites showing NPC as a "Black Marketer" selling cool stuff: https://wotlk.evowow.com/?npc=55554#currency-for:0+13-2 is it fake? Wowhead sites don't even show this NPC. If it isn't false and I'm missing some info please let me know. Also addind Black market feature to the game would be awesome.

You've answered your own question - it was added in MoP.
Regarding how to obtain some old items - feel free to use Warmane site.
I hope you realise that Black Market as you see it won't be added due to what it will cause.
