There aren't any for the Forum. We used to have a Premium section that could only be seen and posted in by donors, but over time it became clear threads in there either misused it expecting prompt Staff attention instead of using Support tickets or all belonged in other sections and were better off being visible for everyone, so it was removed.

My guess is it might be something that slipped past in the recent update the Forum received.
I confirmed that it isn't meant to be a Premium perk.
