    Longer In-Game tickets

    There's like a short 250 character limit on in-game tickets. It's quite irritating not being able to convey the necessary information in reports due to in-game tickets requiring a small amount of character limits. Especially when giving multiple links including screenshots.

    you could use Bitly: URL Shortener to sort the problem with links.
    Descriptions doesn't need to be super detailed. Just point out what the GM needs to look at.
