Technical Help, my game suddenly crashing

Hello,

I've been playing wotlk for a very long time on warmane and i never had this problem before. now approximately 2 weeks ago, every time I'm in Dalaran, my game crashes with the following error:

I have 16GB mem installed in the PC and "percent memory used" in the crash report is 44% so it should not be a low memory issue, no new addons installed recently, the only thing that changed is i installed a new VGA card "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER"
I can provide the complete crash report if required.

Sorry forgot to mention:
Windows 10 X64 with latest updates
Direct X9
VGA has latest drivers.

Try Large Address Aware which allows your WoW client to use more than 2GB RAM.

Thank you @OhieMitzen, that fixed the problem. i also found out why it started crashing, after i got the VGA i changed graphics settings to max which caused mem usage to spike.
