IceCrown realm x7 xp, PvP and PvE.
BlackRock realm is instant level 80, PvP only.
Lordaeron x1, PvP and PvE.

MoP Frostwolf realm x7 xp rate, I don't know about dungeons and raids because I only play WotLK.
