Relentless weapons aren't available ingame, same as furious, gladiators etc, aside from the armor sets you can only buy weps from arena vendors, allthough in point shop in icecrown atleast you can buy furious weps. You can buy relentless weps for coins allthough you might save up some more coins and buy a wrathfull instead.
