I need help Old Hillsbrad Quests!! Escape From Durnholde!

Hi guys. As title suggests, I am unable to figure out what I'm doing wrong. I am helping my low level char with my prot warrior and I am letting Thrall pull and all of what I read about on the internet where people encountered similar bugs. Thrall does not have a dialog option at Tarren Mill where he meets with Taretha, and Taretha has one, but it only goes to the "Strange wizard?" part and then no further options.

Can someone that has done it explain this tricky buggy friggin little instance it has been like this for 20 years now!!

i had the same problem yesterday, tried to get the achievement escape from durnholde. but thrall is stuck at the end of the dungeon. not summoning the last boss. tried it on normal and heroic both have the same issue

Same problem here, got the quest, did everything as i should, Thrall got stuck, i abandoned, took again, still same thing, even reseting the dungeon doesn't seem to work, i did this more then 5 times

I have the same issue on heroic.
A few weeks ago I did complete the dungeon on normal.
I suspect the problem is quite new?

I'm having the same problem, and this is preventing me from completing an Alchemy specialization, as the quest for potion master is also bugged, with the NPC not dropping the quest item. Now I am wondering if it is even worth trying the last specialty of transmutation master, or will that one be broken also?

I also have the same issue, preventing me from completing Elixir Mastery an Alchemy Specialization.
