Lordaeron Cant see my friend

Hello,

my friend is doing quests in icecrown in Argent Vanguard, but i dont see her - i tried on two characters i have 80lvl and 74lvl and both see her in radar, but only on radar i cant target her at all and i am sitting on top of her basically...
Anyone knows whats going on?

There's a lot of phasing in Icecrown zone that happens as you progress through questlines, its likely that you didn't do the same quests as your friend yet.
