"Back to its original purpose - sending gifts between actual friends" is whats stated. And its complete bull****.
Even when making several tickets about lifting restrictions so i can send coins to a friend is getting denied.
Im one of many who play and only donated 10 coins, while farming toons for years (player since 7 years back), it every so often happens that you sell a toon on the trade site and youre stuck with way more coins than you can gift.
I had the idea of hosting ingame events and gifting coins to winners (within the guild) but this is not accepted as an excuse. Even with proof of event, and hours put into it from guild members trying to solve it.
Last time i gifted was April 20, 2021 before any restrictions even were in place, and now recently I made an event unaware of these restrictions. Because apparently the gifting count from years backwards aswell.
This would mean i would need to donate a lot of money before i could be able to send again.
This is not a viable solution especially when requests for getting the restrictions lifted for a small amount (24 coins so i can send 23 to the winner with 1 coin transaction fee) is getting denied over and over.
Currently the winner of my event is stuck with little to no reward because first place was 23c + tabard of the lightbringer
and 2nd place was 100 primos + tabard of the lightbringer.
Well guess what, its been days trying to reach support without success and the winner of the event is currently without a proper reward and im getting pissed in the eyes by the ticket answers im getting.
It feels like im getting replies on my ticket from a poorly designed AI, take a look for yourself:

Jul 23, 2023 I understand its to prevent botting and selling but its utterly ridiculous that i cant gift to a guildmate that i play with frequently and made an event which they put hours into solving. I had first price as 23 coins and wasnt aware of these restrictions since they werent in place when i was actively playing. Im not asking for an unlimited amount of gifting access, only 23, 24 with the 1 coin fee, so i can atleast give this guy what he deserves. I wouldnt have put a coin price of if knew this was the case.

Jul 24, 2023 As above, we can offer no exceptions to these restrictions.
If your guild mate is still experiencing difficulties restoring their characters, they'll need to submit their own ticket. If they're non-premium, they'll need to email info@warmane.com where we'd likely be able to manually restore the characters

Jul 24, 2023 What are you talking about? What restoring characters? Can i speak to someone who atleast reads the ticket.
Make an exception of your "no exception" policy then. Its been done before and i can provide proof of the event and the amount of time they've put time into it.
