WotLK Account bloqued for bot, i tired

Please, every time I enter the game it tells me that my account was blocked but it can be unlocked.
I have two accounts and I play with both, but for some reason a bot blocks my ip and tells me "but it is possible to unblock it". Every day I have to unlock my account to be able to play and I'm very tired already, please solve my problem.
After unlocking my account with the number that comes to my email, I get a notice that says "Your IP Address (xxx.xx.xxx.xxx) has been suspended for due to BotNetwork"


Por favor, cada vez que entro al juego me dice que mi cuenta fue bloqueada pero se puede desbloquear.
Yo tengo dos cuentas y juego con las dos, pero por algún motivo un bot me bloquea el ip y me dice "pero es posible desbloquearlo". Todos los dias tengo que desbloquear mi cuenta para poder jugar y estoy muy cansado ya, solucionen mi problema por favor.
Despues de desbloquear mi cuenta con el número que llega a mi email, me sale un aviso que dice "Your IP Address (xxx.xx.xxx.xxx) has been suspended for due to BotNetwork"
