I took the divinity folio quest and completely forgot about it, and the box that was in the inventory, I didn't click on it and somehow deleted it. Now this quest is gone, I can't take it or find it in any way, help

The red question mark "?" on character/talent/achievement ribbon. There's a "Talk to GM" button.
