Hello I am sending you this request because I have just joined the warmane server and I was banned for 6 days after 10 min of play for no reason when I had just arrived on warmane. can you help me or give me the reason for the ban?

Your reason if ban clearly stated here on site, in "My Account" part. Will be written in red.

Relog on the website should fix "Account is locked but can be unlocked" / "Bot Network" ban.
Wait few mins before trying to login in-game.
