Hello, when I try to log in I get an account blocked but it can be unlocked, I need you to help me unlock it.

If you had checked the other thread "Can't log in, account is locked and the site doesnt state the reason!" just below the pinned posts, you could already be playing instead of waiting an hour for a response.

Relog on the website should fix "Account is locked but can be unlocked" / "Bot Network" ban.
Wait few mins before trying to login in-game.
