Technical Deleted items

Greetings. Last Thursday i mistakenly forgot my account open in a gaming internet café and somebody deleted all my items. I created a ticket on warmane support moments later hopping they can restore my items or just the items baught with coins but i got no response to this day. How much do they usually take to fix or help with issues like this ? and is it fixable ?
When i visit support to check if they've responded it says "Awaiting Staff"

ps: i didn't have backup i didn't know such feature existed at that time.

It can take a week, even longer depending on amount of tickets in line.
Having a backup wouldn't mean anything in this, that isn't what the backups are for.
It's possible only items acquired with Coins you directly donated for (not Coins from selling gold or characters in Trade) might be restored, or not even those, as this was completely player's fault. Other items aren't recovered.
