Buenos días existe un límite en las monedas que me permite el sistema regalar,

hasta ahora tengo un límite de 12 monedas, no entiendo por qué no me permite regalar mas, en mis otras cuentas puedo regalar las 23 monedas sin restricciones

por favor me pueden ayudar con esta restricción.
