Technical Stuck on connecting/unable to connect.

Hello,

I've had an account on Warmane for many years and I have been playing occasionally few times here and there. I tried logging in today and for the first time I got this weird issue where if I type in correctly my credentials it gets stuck on connecting and eventually a message pops up that it was unable to log in. If I type in some gibberish instead, it does recognise the incorrect typo. I followed the steps in the tutorial about the firewall exceptions in case of connectivity issues etc, but none have worked. What else can cause this?

Several problems like this is occurring rn for people here for the past couple days. Bot network/unnable to connect, please try again alter/account locked. I think it's 3 heads of 1 hydra if you know what im saying. Hope they will investigate and fix it. One thing i can recommend is don't screw for now with your router, DNS ports etc. etc. if you know for a fact that you haven't changed anything yourself in your hardware since the time that this issue wasn't a thing. Otherwise you might create a problem on your end while trying to fix it and it doesn't seems like this is an issue on users end in first place.

It safe to assume that the issue is on the hosts side, not on user's. Bunch of things are pointing to this. Unless, all those people who create topics about this issue are living in the same house and using the same wifi lol.
