I'm banned for ninja in dungeon ??? i don't remember looting for something that's not mine... or if i got something by mistake, to not give to the needie one....
the only thing i remember is when i looted for a plate gloves with intelect by mistake , cuz i didn't saw any plates with me.... when the guy said ninja loot i told him to come , cuz i didnt see him, and he said NO im reporting ninja looter and abused me with words ".?!>?!?" i didn't saw what he said cuz was censored , can someone tell me what im susspended for ?? Becouse i think i'm banned unfairly.

I highly doubt it was an unfair ban, you say you dont remember looting anything but later you said you remember one time on "accident" you needed on plate intellect item. There is really no way a GM can tell what you looted on accident or not

Becouse when the dude wisped , i saw there was a paladin for healing (who i tho was priest), then i wanted to give him the item he refused , and sweared at me.... and ignored me.... what can i do in that situation ????

Go back in time and don't click need on an item that is not useful to your current spec.
If that's not possible, then wait for the ban to expire and don't do it again.

That's still ninja. Even if 4 others were cloth users, and you being the only plate/mail/leather wearer doesn't give you the right to need something for OS.
To need for OS, you need all others to explicitly agreeing to it. Even if one is saying no, or not responding, you don't get the permission to roll need w/o consequences (ninja loot ban if reported).

i don't think if they arn't plate category to roll on it applies that.. but then why does the guy doesn't what the item and report it when it was a mistake...(from me not looking). if he has pressented a picture they can see the chat log or take it ot from the system and see that i wanted to give it to the guy.... and i get punished for such a reason.. and the abusive behaviour is tolerated here? so i can swear to players to my heart content ?? that's allowed? o.O

You can get rid of the swearing with a few keystrokes.
You can't undo rolling Need when you shouldn't, whether you claim it was a mistake or not.
Either way, this isn't some sort of bartering. What the other player did doesn't negate or minimize what you did. Even if they had stolen an item themselves, there would be no "they did it too" here.

Even if it was an accident, it happened. Begging someone to take an item so he doesn't report you doesn't change anything.
