    My characters dissapeared

    Good afternoon. Today I logged into the Icecrown realm, and for my surprise, ALL my characters have disappeared. The last time I logged in this realm was about one week, and I played a little bit. Please help me, I don't want to lose my characters, what can I do?

    I have the same problem, the administration does not send me an answer to my ticket.
