Lordaeron Missing HeartStone and Ashen Verdict Ring

Greeting all

I just bought the character from Trade system and found out that the old owner had discarded the Heartstone and Ashen Verdict Ring

And I also made a ticket but no matter how I tried it's always contain an "illegal characters"
Can anyone help me?

About Hearthstone, you can go to the "inn keeper" in the city you wish to link your Hearthstone to it (dalaran for exemple , ask a mage to port you there and talk to inn keeper) and you will get new one if i'm not mistaken ,
and about the Ashen Verdict Ring (ICC Reputation Ring), i think thats a Game Master add item command thing, i'm not sure and i don't know if there is another method .

thank you. I got the hearthstone but for the ring i did make a ticket report. Hopefully they can give it back for me.
