WotLK Banned when i was offline.

Hello, today when i tried to enter the game after 2 days of no-playing, it says my account is locked. When i entered the website it says your account is terminated cuz of BotNetwork. First - what is BotNetwork. And second can you show me evidance or something that i did wrong and tell me what i need to show you or tell you to remove the ban. When i tried to write you a ticket from the website - it doesnt work, so i write you here. Thank you .

After the first login , everything is normal in the website. No red alerts about IP terminating or something like this. But i still can't log in the game. It freezes on Authenticating and --> This account has been locked but can be unlocked. Help ! Wanna play !
