WotLK Account locked

Can anyone help me with this "account locked but can be unlocked" ... i tried to log in/out from website , refresh the page ... etc etc.... It`s kinda annoying . Thank you.

Yeah same thing happened to me today, normally when logging in/out from the website fixes the issue. But not today. Maybe something going on in their end.

I've been logging in to the site for 2 hours, updating and trying to enter the game and so far it's still showing the same error, It's getting harder every day to play warmane

Hello , If you get "the account locked but can be unlocked" message then you login to website and refresh, if the message still appear to you ,the next step will be "restarting your router" and try again, which i did and works .
the error message appear to those people who have a dynamic IP (an IP address that changes from time to time), and this lock happens for protection pupose.
