WotLK Need help

I have learned goblin engineering. I unlearned goblin engineering in Tanaris and now I can't figure out how to learn gnomish engineering. I have searched many websites and all leads to a dead end. So, if anyone can help me it would be much appreciated. I have gone to every trainer in all cities, but no one has a quest for me to start gnomish.

You can unlearn your current specialization by speaking with your faction's Engineering trainer, Roxxik (Horde) or Lilliam Sparkspindle (Alliance). After selecting the gossip option to unlearn the specialization you will be able to accept a new quest to learn either Gnomish Engineering or Goblin Engineering.
