No, this isn't "wrestable." As the reply from Support states, there's a clear evidence track of what happened, no matter what a player might claim.

Hey I got banned for 4 months for this same reason, but as the OP mentioned, I only buy things on AH, craft and re-sell.

I appealed for this, and I'm 1000% sure I never did anything wrong. I even donated to be able to sell through the website, why would I risk my money to then go illicit? Makes no sense.

I emailed, created a thread, and created a support ticket. I won't give up all the time and money I spent on this account for a mistake...

Donations don't make you immune from getting banned, nor do people who donate not break rules.

Just look at retail: people there buy the game, buy expansions, pay monthly... and there still are bans there, all the time. That sort of "I donated (the minimum amount), why would I <insert reason for getting banned>" narrative really falls flat.

Why would I donate to be able to sell legally, to then do it wrong? It makes no sense from my own point of view spending money on doing it correctly, to then risk it all.

I really expect this to be fixed, I cant even imagine why would someone suspect this, I never sold anything expensive and I was mostly lvling an alt during this last 3 weeks.

Wait for the reply to your ticket from Support, then. The Forums aren't meant to be used as some sort of loophole to get contact with Support faster.
As for explanations, details or proof, Support won't provide you with any. We don't share any of that with players, that data is for us to have and act on.

PS: Also, you say "suspect." We don't ban for suspicions.

Yes, you are banning ppl incorrectly because I did anything wrong. I donated to sell gold because I didnt want to sell it illegally, and less than a month after I get banned without proof.

Ofc you should share the proof, u are blaming me for something I didnt do and taking the things I bought for the money I worked in real life without even a proper answer.

Keep in mind a ban isn't necessarily for something recent. A player can get banned for something that happened months ago, which was being tracked and investigated along other people who also did the same, and then all bans related are dealt in a wave, not individually over time.

You're free to have an opinion on how proof should be handled, of course, but it's not going to happen. No sharing evidence that led to a ban is even a standard on MMOs, so shouldn't come as any surprise.

Look, after talking with a friend the only suspicions I have is that I sold 65k worth of materials from my bank in a day during the weekend.
I'm a madman farmer, I farm like 4k per hour so I need to stack the gold on materials to avoid losing via inflation.
This weekend I saw the khorium bars where close to 100, and I was buying below 70, so I dumped all my inventory, like 20 stacks.
Same happened with cobalts, I was buying at 3.5 and sold all at 5.89. More than 5k bars!

Also, I had been farming heavy boreans and arctic furs and sold all. I can get up to 4 arctics and 4 stacks of heavy boreans PER HOUR, thats like 3600 per hour. I farm daily 2 hours per day, and Im constantly buying materials, crafting and reselling. 65k in a week isn't nothing more than the normal for me.

Last month I sold 120k via website, and I kept like 80k for myselft, which I used to buy all the things that I mentioned before (cobalts, khorium, titanium, etc)

I have 3 alts with enchanter, tailoring, skinning, leatherworking, mining and jwc. I can buy any mat and craft it into something more expensive.

It's really dumb to fall in these explanations about how I do so much gold in few days. I cannot believe I got banned for farming that hard rofl.

Seriously, stop... this has nothing to do with "so much gold in a few days" or being a "madman farmer"...

Gold can be tracked. Who it came from, the amount, who it went to, any intermediary stops, any splits, etc.
Again, wait for the reply from Support. In the bizarre chance your case was a mistake, the ban will be lifted. Not something I'd count on, though, as can be seen on the initial post.
