Technical acc susspend due to bot network

can someone explain to me what is this . When i try to log into game i got msg that my acc is locked but can be unlocked and i would like to know why?
It says here that is due bot network,couple of u fix this problem with log in into site but dont work for me,what else can i do,cos i dont even enter the game so offten,what is the problem. And how to write to warmane team anyway to ask them?
