Sons of Hodir -- Dun Niffelem Bug

Hi guys, Dun Niffelem is bugged for me. I tried pretty much everything. Tried relogging, talking to Thorim, finding any quests. None of the above seem to work. I think I've finished the whole questline. I hit 80 a long time ago and I'm at 6.1k gs now. I have 0 storm peaks/son of hodir quests in my questlog, but I see active captive proto-drakes in the area. When I click on them, they just disappear. I can't see the quarter master and I'm exalted already with Hodir.

Any pointers on what to do next?

Again, I am NOT on that quest. I have already completed it. The area has been bugged since I can remember. Server restart didn't help. Thorim has 0 quests to give me. Tried to speak to him already.

kill a Stormforged Iron Giant he drops the Qitem that starts the q
Do the Q then it sends you then to Thorim i think and you accept the q from him and finish it, then u are done. U can also not finish the last q from thorrim but it needs to stay then in ur qlog, otherwise u dont see the Trader in Dun Niffalem but u can accept it always at Thorim
