Technical Issue with 2fa In game

When trying to log in to game asks me for auth code that doesnt go to the inbox of my email, tried to log in to website, same thing but the email for the login came. Doesn't send me the request from in-game only for website. help?

Same problem here, I can receive authentication code when I log in from website but I can't receive authentication code when I log in in-game.

An option to solve this is log in on the website and go to security tab. Once there you can switch from email authentication to google authenticator. To use this you will need an app on your phone called google authenticator and with it you can scan the qr code and then you will have the code always available in the app. There are other alternatives like browser extensions/pc applications that you can use for the code as well.
