my 10years account got hacked or somthing else
i logged back after long 3 4 days ago and check my 2factor , email , and chars everything was fine
now i try to log my passowrd changed
i dont get 2factor email
most of my chars change named
i had 2factor on my email and in game
how is that even possible
i didnt give account infos to anyone
i dont get any email for recover
i asked my guildes and my chars was logged in 6 hours ago which i didnt get any mail for it

retrieve doesnt work , i dont get any email from warmane , i dont know how but maybe they changed my mail which i had for years with 2factor , idk how its possible
ive sent email to info@warmane with my chars list , screens , my ip's which i logged in and got code for it
may i ask how long it take for answer my email?
my account is premium and im worry they put my chars on trade for sell soon
