Technical About my banned account

I was banned for buying coins from a third party site. I'm not writing to object to this, but I wanted to ask if I could get back the nickname of my banned character in the account I just opened. I also wondered if there was a way to open Death Knight without having a level 55 character. My old nickname is Stazza.

I would like to point out that the reason why I bought coins from a third party site is not because it is cheap etc. but because I cannot use the payment methods in warmane due to the country I live in.
