WotLK proffesions delete return from trainer

is that possible to make this so that if i erase profesion i can get it back from trainer for amount of training just ranks and not recipes... recipes and skill still maxed... i "accidentally" erased my profesions on my frostmourn 1st take rogue FIshermann that got renamed to Dabasbeerns . can I have it back somehow ? its not much work is it ? :/
