Technical My Addons doesnt show up

Possibilities:
1) You installed addons for the wrong version of WoW. Make sure you installed addons for version 3.3.5 of the game.
2) You installed the addons incorrectly.
To further explain #2, from your root WoW folder (where you have wow.exe), you should have the following folder structure from the wow root folder:
interface
....addons
........FirstAddon
............FirstAddon.toc
............(various FirstAddon files/folders)
........SecondAddon
............SecondAddon.toc
............(various SecondAddon files/folders)

The important thing is that the Addon's folder name matches the name of the "toc" file, and the toc file is in that first folder (and isn't nested deeper). If there's a "-main" or something else making the folder name not match the toc file name, it won't load. If the toc file isn't in that first folder (and is in a subfolder), it won't load.

E.g. the addon might be installed like this:
WoW/Interface/AddOns/DBM/DBM
WoW/Interface/AddOns/DBM/DBM-TBC

When the addon should be installed like this:
WoW/Interface/AddOns/DBM
WoW/Interface/AddOns/DBM-TBC
