Hi i was wondering if theres any way of purchasing Hairlooms either with gold or in Store for coins. If not could some1 explain to me fastest way to get those shards i need to purchase them.

Depends on the realm, on Icecrown you can buy them for coins.

Those shards you get from bosses in dungeons, if you kill them while your faction owns Wintergrasp. For these shards you can buy PVP-oriented heirlooms.
You can also simply collect Emblem of Triumph, exchange them for lower Emblems, get heirlooms that have more offensive oriented stats.
Also, doing quests and stuff in Argent tournament ground will award you another currency, Champions Seal or something. Those also can be used to buy heirlooms.
