WotLK Problem wiht map and game crush.

So i play in the realm that's x1 exp in wotlk. And i have this problem , i cant get into ruby sanctum. When i pass the raid portal i get stuck in loading screen.
While it loads the games crushes posting back a windows msg somthing like failed to load map etc.
Is there a place where i can get the certain game file to input it in my game files and where to so the problem get's fixed ? Ty vm
