I have already reached out to Warmane but no one seems to want to even try to help me at all. I have lost a lvl 80 Female Night Elf Druid from Loradeon. She was very high in achievements and even had the 100 MOUNTS achievement. I had put a great deal of time into achievement grinding. Someone changed my email authentication to google app and looks like moved her or sold her on Icecrown? I am not sure, but I can see some trades in my account and an IP address. Can anyone help me to find her? I have been a member here for 12 years. This was my only 80 that I played on and off. I am devasted. It would be nice if Warmane at least tried to help me out to replace things I had. I really want my mounts back, I am heartbroken. :(

Lordaeron characters can't be moved or sold to Icecrown.

Thank you for the reply. I don't even see my main character anymore. It doesn't show up in here. I do see a trade that went through for gold to coins. Looks to me from the icecrown server. This was not me. It was the day my main went missing. I am wondering if all my gear and inventory was just sold and then traded on icecrown for coins? I don't do any kind of trades so I know that whatever that transaction was, it wasn't me. I have an IP address and the name of someone who visited my profile recently. I don't know if these two are connected or not. I appreciate the response. The only thing I have received from Warmane thru the game server was We can't help you. It's extremely frustrating.

If the character was traded, nothing can be done. If it was deleted, check my previous post.
About your account security, it needs to be improved. Somebody has access both to your account and 2FA code (through email or app). You have to change passwords all around, after scanning your PC just to be sure.
You've been either randomly phished or it was a "friend". There are IP location services online that may give you an idea who was behind it, be it completely random, or a "friend".

Thank you for the tip. I looked through my history and my authentication code was changed from my email to the google app. I didn't notice because I rarely log into the warmane site. The day the trades went through there was two separate IP address that both used the authentication code successfully to breach my account. Not sure how they were able to get in to change it, but they did. I will see if I can find any information on the IP addresses that were on my account. The other was a name of a recent "visitor" to my profile. It's no one I am familiar with at all. Is there anyway to check on this "visitor" name to see who they are?

Only their forum name is displayed there.
That may lead into info to identify a possible "friend" behind this. E.g. checking armory for the name, checking the visitor's posts etc. Only useful if you wish to cut ties with such a "friend" for good.

Hello Again! I finally figured out how to check for character restoration on my account... nothing under Loradeon but I did find a character under Icecrowne which is totally weird because I have never played on Icecrowne. Is there anyway to move that character over to my account so I can check if it indeed is mine? It has a completely different name and I don't even know if it's my class. The characters name is Whiliantcs. If it turns out to be mine, will someone be able to move it back to Loradeon and allow me to change her name back? I still so pissed they messed with her. I am praying they didn't delete all mounts. I will be sooo heartbroken. Thank you.

There is no transfer between realms. So it is 100% not your character. You either shared account with someone else (knowingly or not) or your account security was bad/non existent.
