Realms Vote to kick in raids

Problem: There are some raid leaders who do ToC25 with +4 afk multi-boxed alts, and the rest of the raid notice this unfair boost only after they get saved on first boss, when there is no way back. We don't want to ruin our IDs and compete on rolls with raid lead's afk alts.

Solution: Implement some kind of algorithm that checks how much player contributes to the boss fight (Abilities used, DPS/Healing) and if those criteria are close to zero then other raid members could initiate vote kick (same as in RHC). After player gets kicked he gets debuff and cannot get reinvited for 30minutes.

I would consider this ninjaing more than anything else. Even though the rules do not mention this, if it happens often enough, a good suggestion would be to ask for this to be added to the rules.

Yep. This would be a pretty welcoming initiative regarding the raid's kicking and ninjaing. Just yesterday I got kicked due to a similar event and it was all unclear. No reply from the group leader and such goes on.
