I could not find anything useful, so I made my own addon that filters the chat as needed.
/fit command triggers the GUI and search logic will do everything for you. symbol '&' works like OR logical operator in programming.

Few examples:
1. Looking for ICC 25 and ICC 10: icc 25 & icc 10.
2. Looking for any kind of icc and voa: icc & voa
