Bug - Undamaged Hippogryph Feather

Hi the Quest chain that starts by collecting tablets in Azshara then asks you to delivery the tablets to various NPCS, 3 in each of the major cities then one to a mage unreachable unless having completed a quest for the teleport up there. I've been killing hippogryphs for probably an hours worth of game time and not seen any. I require two but they aren't dropping. Other wow databases state they are about a 40% drop rate.

Quest I'm trying to complete is Meeting with the master.

This quest has been removed in some versions of wow but the NPC normally just teleports you up without the pre requisite - Meeting with the Master.

Any further information please don't hesistate to ask :)

My ingame Character is called Ixam. I'm currently lvl 49 in Azshara.

You don't need the feathers, just talk to the NPC. I made the same mistake yesterday, but realized something was up when I didn't get any feathers after about 15 kills.

Read the other quest log. You will see that the NPC made a prank of you, like it made a prank of me.
