Pandaria Cant access game! Please help!

Hello,
I am trying to play the game (Pandaria) and firstly I have no wow.exe.
when I search the file it shows wow.exe as the launcher.
When I click the launcher it shows battlenet and says I need to create a battlenet account.
Additionally, I tried searching for realmlist but I am unable to open the file supposedly.

Please help! :(

Use your username to login, not email.

Warmane realmlist guide

1. Restart your PC.
2. Close and exit torrent. Move your WoW -folder to other folder, away from Torrent's Download folder.
3. Right click WoW -Folder, select properties, un-check "Read-only" and Apply.
4. If you get prompt, Apply changes to this folder, sub-folders and files and click OK.

Okay, I did this and now the only thing I see inside the folder is Cache and Logs. What should I do at this point? Thanks so much for your help,
