    an important quest item

    I accidentally deleted an item for completing a task ( greeting of a mutilated hand ) , I ask you to restore it , since without it the robber cannot possess poisons

    Abandon and re-take the quest, or ask for the NPC for a new item?

    If that didn't help, then make an in-game ticket.
