Since WotLK classic was released, Warmane has implemented a number of changes from this version of Wrath. I'd like to propose implementing one more which is cooldowns resetting after finishing boss encounters (e.g. bloodlust/heroism, basically all CDs and debuffs under 10 minutes). I believe this would make raids smoother and faster, resulting in a more enjoyable experience for everyone.

Managing CDs is part of the raid, why should the balance and flow of raids change for .. what?

Having to wait 10 minutes or even suicide on purpose to reset Sated debuff is a bad game design which can be improved.
It is an aspect of raid strategy to use your resources wisely. It was designed that way.
f you are having problems to kill boss without BL, it does not mean that it's a bad design.

No, it isn't. Like it or not, managing buffs, when to use them to maximize their potential and overall useful uptime across all encounters, are all part of the game. They are meant to be saved for the especially difficult encounters that pretty much require their extra buff to be completed, not as a crutch, hence the long cooldown.
