[NA] Experienced Player LF Classic->WOTLK Split/Speedrun guild

Hello!

I'm a WOTLK Classic player who has been raiding at a high level since Classic's launch. I have raidlead casual/semi-hc guilds through TBC and Wrath and am looking to be more of a follower/PUMPER this time around. I have experience with many classes and am familiar with all boss encounters from classic to WOTLK.

Schedule: Any, pref NA schedule, but can work with most EU guild schedules.
Loot: IDC about loot. If we're crushing content, I'm happy.
Raiding Style: Hardcore. I'm looking for a guild full of experienced players who can do the content with little to no mistakes.

I'd be willing to play pretty much any role and multi-class where needed.

Also:
Where are the hardcore raiders on Onyxia? Horde or Alliance? Is it an even split? Thank you in advance for any replies to help me make my decision on where to start leveling.

I am not looking for a guild who is trying to push server first clears, but instead focus more on consistently clearing and pushing speed.
