WotLK you have been disconnected please help

Hi im a new player here, played for around 30mins and got disconnected, since then i cant log in. I know my email and my password and my internet is working just fine. I got an email from warmane with security code to enter in the "box" but there is no such box to be found in client nor on website.
I tried changing password, restarting pc, restarting client, running security backup on website nothing works.
Even tried typing wrong email and password and the response is the same "you have been disconnected"
Please help me fix this.

Use username not email to login. Only enter username/password normally, and 2FA code only when prompted for.
