I have patch F, which changes the models for many creatures and mounts for newer ones. There's only 1 thing that I don't really like about it: new chopper version that comes with the patch is ugly to me, and I want the old one back. But that's it. I don't want to remove the whole patch because everything else is fine and nice. I only want to change the mount chopper back to the older version. I was trying to make a way for that and I even downloaded an MPQ archive editor so I can delete some files from the Patch F and hopefully change the Chopper model back to the older one. But no luck. I couldn't. So I make this post to see if anyone here has done that before and knows what I should do or if it's a waste of time and it won't work.
Note: I once was able to delete a file from Patch F to get the Cenarion Hippo mount back to the older version and succedeed (just because I also didn't like the newer version). Had no issues with that one. So I thought I might be able to do the same with the chopper.
