why locked?

Yesterday while I was playing in Icecrown realm it disconnected me and then I couldn't log in. It said "Could not log in to World of Warcraft at this time. Please try again later." , and today I still can't log in and it says "This account has been locked but can be unlocked". What to do ?

Relogging on the website should fix it. May require few attempts. Or do it with slow steps. e.g. logout - wait 5 mins - log back in - wait 5 mins - try to log WoW.

It shouldn't take 5 mins, but that's kinda "playing it safe". Shouldn't really be longer than a minute or two at max before being able to log back in WoW.

I'm currently experiencing the same issue. I opened a ticket about 13 hours ago, but I still haven't received a response.
