Technical char gone

Hello, i am kind of a new player, only played wow for about 2-3 weeks. anyways i have reached max lvl on my paladin, i had help from my brother that was an active player back in the day. i wanted to play some more and logged into my wow account just to find that my char is gone from my game (yes i"ve changed realms to check if im on the correct realm) i only played icecrown anyways. the char is gone and i don't wanna play all over again from lvl 1. my game username was GodlyPML. Also on the forum my account section when i press on it its saying that i just joined the forum today, lol. even tho i can see that i changed my pasw 12 months ago. maybe the game glitched for me or smth like that pls help. ty.
