WotLK Onixya - in game email lost

I send a few gold for a friend from my char to his char, all emails that I send Items simply got lost.
Is nothing important, was like initial items, but still, i lost 10G + 2G on the items I buy from the Auction House.
Please solve it.

Here is solution - type his nickname correctly. And mae sure you are from same faction.
