    Lunar Festival Bugged?

    Hi there, I've tried to shoot off Lunar Fireworks on all of my characters and at all 3 major cities. I can't get credit for them for the quest or the achievements. I've seen other people in the chat saying they have the same problem, but I see other people earning the achievements. Anyone know what's the problem?

    Yeah, I've tried this in 3 different cities, hasn't worked in any of them (Horde capitals).
