Shaman enhancement bug in damage . "it hits very little"
Hello, I am posting this here because I am tired of the damage bug that my shaman suffers at 6.3gs pve, it hits very little and it is not only in ice crow, in black rock I have 5 enhas shamans, of which 3 are in the damage bug, That is to say, they hit little, being pvp 5/5 and with 284 weapons, if any GM can help me please, this is already making me feel bad.
I think here is Enhacemen specialy targeted and downgraded on warmane any servers pve or pvp if you compare enha here and in old wotlk from 2009 and now from wotlk classic from last year they did a lot more dmg on offi servers like more that 2-3k dps as here and that is minimum i think also on other private serves (1x rate)where i was plaing enha wasnt that bad as here. I love this class and still playing it but you have a lot of problems to find group that will accept you in raids on each server cause of dmg issue and that is not bug (maybe)but settings and ofc that is the biggest problem because this issue ist prevents you from enjoying the game fully so i think server owner should do something about this.Especialy the endgame you have no chance in HC raids as enhacement cause any other melle on warmane does 30% or more dmg as enhacement. And others are discriminating enhas and ele shamans always cause af dmg issue if you want to play play resto.............
1. WotLK Classic has nothing to do with 3.3.5 and Warmane, comparing how things were in WotLK Classic is always irrelevant.
2. XP, profession, or even gold rates have nothing to do with how classes perform number wise.
3. Saying damage is bugged, or isn't up to 3.3.5 Retail standard without evidence is only conjecture. Provide evidence and there should be fixes once the bugs are reported and confirmed.
4. Comparing to other servers blindly is never proper evidence. If two servers have two different damages for skill X, then at least one of them is wrong in someway, there's a chance they both are wrong. Though, can you tell which server is actually wrong based on, once again retail 3.3.5 WotLK numbers. Do note bigger number may not be the more accurate one.
5. Enha and Ele discrimination comes from the fact that they simply aren't meta. Neither are Surv/BM, Arcane, FDK to name a few. While some of non-meta specs can provide what raid needs, they are niche cases and rare occurrence.
Yeah sure ofc that can be the cause it is privat server and have his settings .But surv and fdk dont have any prohlems on raids they do solid dmg and fdk is one of top dps if you play it skillfully bm do less dmg but still more as enha or ele and arcane this is only exception cause you need good enough equip to play it so everyone chose fire and second is to simple but generaly if you have eq he do numbers. And that was mainly suggestion to improve game on this privat server cause you can change rules litle bit as you want so you can utilize more aspect of classes to play game ussualy you have always a lot of same classes (war /rog/ret)on raids only cause of dmg. Its only suggestion to improve also other classes little bit so they are at least coparable to same standing. Also they have at least one good dmg spec sham is good only as resto for raids and that is disappointment.
It is only suggestion but if you are planning to open new server like lordareon and all classes are more or least balanced in settings more people will be playing there for sure cause there will be more options to play all the specs without any prejudices and raids would be more diverse including all specs not only few selected ones.
Yeah that was the cause 7 years ago i am playig on lordareon since toc seasson and at that time enhas not spellhance was realy good also in first year of icc season but then something changed and now it is as it is.And on lordareon serv you can forgot to do that dmg on 25hc lich you will newer be includet in raids like with 6k gs what is good enough gear with caps yyou will do max 11k dps and that is realy optimistic cause :D
when he is totaly fine then why does everyone discriminate it?:D
Reason is simple. Most ppl deal ****ty DPS with Enh because they don't know how to play it properly. Consequently players come to the false conclusion that the spec is bad and not the actual player.

I'm curious now, any more classes/specs suffer from the same issue?
