The ones who made it lashlayer at first day and what happen next

Maybe the title isn't clear but i go straight foward, before the BWL launch, the scarab lord quest chain was available (of course stops at the part of get lashlayer head) but my question since the npc are gone and also that quest gone from the quest logs is ¿What happen to the ones who made trough to turn the lashlayer head, the silithid grind or the cristal scepters part? they are stuck, removed their progress or something else?

Yes, everything is hotfixed. NPC removed, carapace turned into gold and you cannot progress/removed.
