Technical Retrieving character list stuck HELP!

Hi guys!

Dear Admin,

I can't see my characters in the list because if I login the "Retrieving character list" is stuck, after 2 mins I get a disconnect.
Could you help me to solve this problem?
Is there any step missing from the login?
I use two step verification and the google code generator is working well.
